Everyone gets headaches from time to time. The throbbing, aching and pounding can negatively impact life in a number of ways - from inability to focus, sensitivity to stimuli, and general depression.
There are several types of headaches:
1. Tension headaches are the most common and are often
brought on by stress.
2. Cerivicogenic headaches originate from disorders in the
neck and often cause a restricted range of motion.
3. Cluster headaches features intense bouts of stabbing pain
in very specific areas and can last from minutes to hours.
4. Migraines are recurrent throbbing headaches that typically
affect one side of the head and are often accompanied by
nausea and disturbed vision.
No matter which kind of headache you suffer from, chiropractic care can provide some relief. Dr. Trester encourages you to come in regularly to check for misalignment and subluxations. Correcting spinal misalignment before headache symptoms appear can save you a lot of misery.
