How to make your little Frankenstein have a healthy Halloween
Dr. Trester believes that it's important to talk to your children about nutrition. Explain that too much candy means tummy aches and loss of appetite. Be a nutritional role model – show your children how to have self control. (So don't buy, then eat, all 36 mini KitKats in one sitting!)
Treat little skeletons right!
Just like ongoing chiropractic care, healthy eating from the get-go helps prevent disease, obesity, and injury later on in life. It also helps promote strong and healthy bone growth. Come see Dr. Trester for some Trick Or Treating tips and get creative with these Healthy Halloween ideas.
